Building teams that build great products ?
First Engineering Manager in the newly founded Last Mile logistics domain. Planning and delivering our new rider app from scratch, while also building the teams along with it. The domain grew from 8 people in to >40 people in 5 teams and had a fully rolled out new app within 5 months. The Hyper-growth was real! ???
Other responsibility included managing the backend hiring process, and employer branding (e.g. tech meetups).
