- Delivery of a complete new app for our delivery riders. MVP version to support 1 delivery hub within 4 months; rollout to all >150 delivery hubs in 3 countries 4 weeks later
- Manager of 6-15 engineers, mentor for 3 new engineering managers. Reporting directly to CTO, with close collaboration regarding creating the performance review and promotion process
- Responsible for the backend engineering hiring pipeline; redesigning the process with recruiters and tech teams; Training new interviewers for System Designs and Coding Challenge interviews. Conducting >200 interviews
- Switch from “Last Mile” domain to “Customer” domain, to manage a struggling team through a high-priority delivery; Secondary focus on quality improvements of user analytics in close relationship with data analytics teams
