I was supporting a team of 7 with the process of transitioning from the waterfall Methodology to agile way of working.The work entailed clearing up of goods from houses in which elderly people have left, and transporting them to a warehouse. Time management and lack of transparency were slowing down the service quality, and customers were about to withdraw contracts.My introduction of agile frameworks helped in solving the problem,thereby increasing customer satisfaction and return on investments (ROI).
