Proficient in working on change Policies (CAB) & solutions within HELIX Tool ,Service now along with Incident Management system including Major incident resolution process with good knowledge of ITIL Application Tool Like JIRA ,Confluence , Remedy. Currently working with dieerent AI Tools like ChatGpt , Claude AI, data squirell.AI
