• Management team, P&L responsibility. Team of 13, 200+ field force.
• Category Management/Sales Development:
restructured the category management function, redefining its role as strategic sales leader. Lead strategic joint business agenda with customers, developed annual business plans and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans.
Responsible for the definition and implementation of assortment, distribution, in-store execution (promotional areas and Shop-in-Shop) and promotion targets (per category/distribution channel).
• Sales Field Force / Promotion management / Training:
Management of the whole promoter and ambassador pool of Groupe SEB DACH (approx. 200 people): the strongest sales lever within the SDA industry. Redefinition of its structure (people & performance) and set up of new profitability and efficiency targets. Consistently expanded the online business by developing and implementing the first online promoter platform in SEB.
• Trade Marketing & Events:
Responsible for the creation, procurement and production of all POS materials. Management of all national and international fairs (including IFA)
