o Overall project scope comprised the setup of a framework for the automated data migration of multiple sources from 8 countries to a combined group layer in Austria in order to enable efficient and accurate reporting for multiple stakeholder groups (i.e. governmental regulators, subsidiary banks, management, etc.)
o As assistant Project Manager within the Framework team I was responsible for overall project progress and success tracking, setting up and analyzing KPIs and preparing reports to Program Management and issue management.
o As a stream lead for the Automation team, directly responsible for leading 4 Automic experts in the day-to-day business to enable automatic data processing (data transfer, ETL process triggering, setting up of DQIs)
o Delivered outstanding results within the Framework team by reducing the release cycles by 40% while introducing a measurable data quality framework.
o Upselling of H2 contract valued at 1.17M EUR
