The Pilot deployment MVP consist of 7 countries in scope (NAM and META) and went live in beginning of October 2022. Using the methodology RISE with SAP and the SAP Activate Methodology (“fit-to-standard” and “show-and-tell” workshops), the infrastructure and transformation is performed in corporation (active involvement) with SAP and TCS. More than 35 SAP Cloud systems are delivered to support the future TOM (Target operating Model - Standard SAP Business Processes and configuration of variants). The project used SAP Cloud ALM instead of SolMan and I was responsible for the rollout and configuration of ALM. I managed the following workstreams: I2M, O2C, OM, M2O (CC, D2C), R2R, GTS, P2P, FTP, IWD, 3PL, GF, IBP (DP, SP, S&OP). I was responsible for the Program Test Strategy, Test Preparation, Leading the testing of SIT1, SIT2 and UAT for the SAP and non-SAP, TCS and non-TCS systems. Beirut’s biggest telecom operator (Alfa) was changing its current billing system to Singl.eview.
I was both onsite in Beirut as well as working offsite from home to create the testing strategy and the high level testing plan for the implementation of Intec's Singl.eview.
During my second trip to Beirut I trained the testers how to use TestDirector and how to create test cases from the business processes and the SoW (Statement of Work) documents where the detailed (functional and business) requirements are described.
I was responsible to define, design, develop, implement, lead and transfer expertise for the end-to-end Test Process. I came into a project and company where there was no structured formal testing capability existing and I created such a capability from scratch, and I am the only subject matter expert in this field.
Assumptions
The client expects an excellent performance on the above and below and the effectiveness of the transfer of expertise to the Test Team lead are critical and that I will be accountable for both.

In the Disaster Recovery Project I was responsible for the complete testing of DR, managing: 4 testers, 2 interface testers, 2 automation testers and 2 performance testers (Total of 10).
I was responsible for: capability test, sanity test, regression test, new functionality test, performance test, end-2-end cycle test and handover to operations (BAU).
I have successfully lead, according to plan, the capability test. Signoff is received from the business by IS Quality, two weeks before the deadline. This was an important Amdocs project milestone. During this test I have lead a total of 17 persons.
There were also offsite, remote testers in Israel and India working for me. I have managed them as virtual teams and have visited them in Israel 3 times.

I was a member of the OGS (On-Going Support) expert team of 4, which was responsible for ALL daily operations of Vimpelcom in Moscow. This production support includes CSM/POS, RM, AR, Switch, MAF, MPS, Billing, In-collect, Out-collect and EOD. The job also includes nightshifts and training of the operators. I performed support for the following Amdocs modules: POS, MAF, MPS, CSM and Finance (Receivables, Payables and Collection). I was involved in all operational issues and supporting the Helpdesk. During the migration and initial live stage of the Ensemble billing system, we handled all operations.
Result: customer database went from 0 to 500.000 subscribers in 6 months and Vimpelcom is together with MTS market leader with 40%. Megafon and others take 10% market share.

Environment: The main focus was on Production Readiness of the MMO (Mannesmann Mobile Organization), the hardware and the Amdocs Billing system.
Tasks and responsibilities:
(1) Managing the Friendly Customer Test (FCT) in the pre-production test-team Amdocs Ensemble implementation. The FCT is an Operational Readiness Test (ORT) in a production-like environment. The participants are real subscribers with existing mobile and fixed net connections, who are either activated in Ensemble or in the legacy system (migrated). All tests are performed by the organization as a final check before production.
(2) Participating in the UAT (User Acceptance Test) Amdocs Accounts Receivable, with main focus on Collection. The pre-defined tests are performed according to the MMO methods and standards.
Result: Vodafone is live with Amdocs ensemble and still uses it.

Amdocs Ensemble was implemented for both Talkline Netherlands and Talkline Germany. Only one billing system is implemented that includes both the Dutch and German markets. I managed the configuration (setup) and testing of the A/R and collection modules by performing the following activities:
1) Give Workshops to Finance department to explain Amdocs functionality. In two trips to Amdocs site in Israel, I learned all CRM/Billing functionality and reference tables (A/R) set-up. Participating and reviewing the system tests before first delivery to Talkline.
2) Setup and maintenance of the Ensemble reference tables, in close corporation with the Financial Department. Customizing the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Collection functions according to the organisational needs.
3) System testing of the incoming and outgoing Financial Interfaces: Payments Posting (SWIFT), Direct Debit, Oracle Financials (GL), Credit Card and Collection (agencies).
4) Creating test conditions, test scripts, test cases and a test scenario to design test-requirements.
Plan the A/R User Acceptance-, cluster- and scenario test and manage the test results.
5) Participate in the execution of user acceptance test (UAT) to verify the delivered Ensemble billing system, according to the specifications.
6) Create SERF’s (bug reports) and maintaining the status of AR, Collection and interface errors.
Knowledge management (KM) of the functional area Accounts Receivable and Financial interfaces. 7) Maintain and make accessible the build-up knowledge concerning customer care and billing functionality in general and specifically Accounts Receivable and Financial interfaces. KM includes the review of functionality related documents, Approval of Amdocs specifications, impact analyses of change requests and functionality document management.
8) Maintain and manage a test environment as an environmental owner. (Batch test processing)
Coordinate with the German project (NABS) concerning scope and approach.

I talk to Dev-Ops to ensure the configuration and customization (FA) are done accordingly and organise all the types of testing. This is for both SAP (Hana) and non-SAP systems and interfaces.
