TätigkeitsbeschreibungIn 2017, I was hired as COYO's first full-time Human Resources Manager and took over the role of Team Lead People & Culture after eight months. During the strong growth phase, I built up the entire People & Culture unit, established HR processes and implemented the HRM tool (Personio), which we still use. I was significantly involved in growing the company from 45 to over 180 talents, establishing structures and developing the company culture as an essential success factor for the business. In 2020, I was promoted to Vice President and became the first woman to join our management team. From summer 2021, I accompanied the M&A process of COYO (Germany), Jubiwee (France) and Smarp (Finland). I successfully planned and led the People & Culture workstream of the integration project in which the 3 successful software companies became one new company - Haiilo. Haiilo currently has over 300 employees working together in offices in Hamburg, London, Helsinki, Atlanta and Paris. In October 2021 I was promoted to Group Vice President People & Culture.

- Develop our internal recruitment processes in order to ensure high quality and efficiency
