• Creation of the Architecture Dossier, including security form, infrastructure and application design due to IT landscape modernisation
• Effective communication to and presentation at committees (locally & to BNP in Paris)

Process modelling & design
• Designing and modelling the credit provider’s new origination business processes
• Consulting on customer journeys, solution design, best practices and identification of gaps
• Creation of process frameworks for the credit provider
• Modelling of new reports that are aligned to the new business processes
• Change management, including all operations (>1000 stores), call centre (>600 agents)

Delivery and Support:
• Provide effective leadership to the project team, ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience
• Effectively support the team during solution testing (i.e. Process and/or User Acceptance testing)
• Clear communication of risks, issues & recommended mitigation strategies to stakeholders and management of early escalations
