Über mich
Als zertifizierte Requirement Engineer bin ich geübt darin Anforderungen professionell mit allen Beteiligten zu erheben, eine geeignete Priorisierung mit den Beteiligten vorzunehmen und über den Projektverlauf zu managen.
Als zertifizierte Product Owner kann ich diese Anforderungen in Epics und User Stories herunterbrechen und sowohl auf Flughöhe der Stakeholder, als auch auf Flughöhe der Dev-Teams kommunizieren und managen. Dabei ist mir ein transparenter Kommunikationsprozess zu allen Beteiligten, wie Stakeholder, Dev-Teams und andere betroffene Abteilungen, wie Architektur und Marketing, wichtig.
Ich habe sowohl in Multi-Projekt (bis zu 10), als auch Multi-Stakeholder (bis zu 70) Umgebungen gearbeitet und mein Produkt erfolgreich entwickelt. Dabei habe ich cross-functional Teams aus Developern, UX/UI Designern und Testern geführt. Die von mir verantworteten Produkte erstrecken sich dabei von Websites, Mobile Apps, technischen Komponenten bis hin zu Registrierkassensystemen. Aufgrund meiner Historie kann ich auf Methoden aus beiden Welten zurückgreifen und mein Arbeitsstil ist daher ein Mix aus klassischem Project Management und agilen Methoden.
Als erfahrene Führungskraft habe ich Product Owner und Scrum Master in ihrer Skill Entwicklung trainiert und ihre Lösungskompetenz durch Coaching geschärft, um ihre Karriere-entwicklung voranzutreiben.
Als zertifizierter Agile Coach habe ich Kanban eingeführt und von 4 auf 20 Teammitglieder und 1 auf 3 Produkte skaliert. In einem Experten Team habe ich Scrum erfolgreich eingeführt und stabilisiert. Als Führungskraft habe ich einen agilen Product Management Process entworfen und eingeführt, um die Entwicklung von 10 Dev Teams zu koordinieren und dazu auch die Roadmapping Meetings facilitated.
