My responsibilities:
- Plan-to-Control Team Lead consultant (Cost center accounting, Internal orders, Service orders, Product costing, Material Ledger, Profitability analysis, Project system)
- Report Writer, Report Painter reporting
- Controlling processes harmonization for KNAUF Insulation Division
- Conversion of classic profit center accounting (EC-PCA) into new GL Profit center accounting
- Profit center conversion in the SAP master data(cost centers, production orders, WBS elements,projects,..)
- Ensuring a consistent value flow with staged reconciliation with an increasing level of detail (income statement → profit center →CO-PA)
- Activation of the material ledger for the calculation of the actual cost
- Coordination of SAP user, Global process owners (GPO), Developers,
- First month end closing coordination after Go Live , support for KNAUF Subsidiaries
- Solution manager – support, solving SAP tickets
