Lead a team of 3 Solution Engineers with the regions DACH, Benelux, North America, Iberia & Latin America. The tasks of Solution Engineer consist of:
- Technical counterpart during the sales process
- Fill out of RFI/RFP/Security Questionnaires
- Presenting and building custom solutions using Aircall and other applications
- Be an expert in integrations of Aircall with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.

I lead 3 teams with 5 direct and 9 indirect reports. 2 out of 3 teams are product teams, one team is building APIs and the other a Web Application. The third team consists of Integration Managers to onboard new customers and create technical solutions with the APIs and the Web Application. All teams are focused on the insurance industry to digitise insurance products and sell insurance at scale on website, in mobile apps or integrated in other software applications.
