o Design and implementation of the standard “planning with final assembly” SAP solution for a change request regarding main and alternative products where one main product has several alternative products

• Participation in process workshops to define logistics, production and production planning processes (SAP MM/WM/PP with interfaces)
• Evaluation of business requirements and design of solution together with the inhouse SAP team and external consultants
• Specification of the internal logistics project scope: Goods receipts from
purchasing, provision of materials to production, production and production planning, goods receipts from production and backflush (repetitive manufacturing solution), delivery picking processes.
• Approval of the Internal Logistics (MM/WM/PP) solutions of the project including coordination with the SAP project manager and other stakeholders
• Support for project team in later phases of the project (implementation, testing, go live and hypercare)

• Project kick-off with internal stakeholders with project scope, time plan and budget
• Business Requirements Analysis with the Global Business Owner and Production Planning Counterparts from several plants
• Design and specification the standard production planning template for the group
• Pilot implementation of the new solution for the company plant in Mexico
