Responsible for the development of a complex charging platform for electric vehicles in 25+
countries in Europe and Japan used by several 100k EV drivers and 10+ OEMs as B2B customers.
Leading the development competency center of about 30 internal and 30 external backend-,
web- and app developers, architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
Responsible for agile processes and the organizational structure, roles definitions, and scrum
team setups.
Setting up a hierarchical prioritization system translating business goals and initiatives into Epics
and Stories.
Planning resources and budgets for the development teams and supporting HR in hiring new
talents. Managing external partners and driving the internalization strategy of the company.
Re-organizing all product and development teams with about 130 members from component
teams to cross-functional end-to-end teams.

Technical management of the consumer apps team with 14 team members. Responsible for all
iOS and Android Apps of MediaMarkt and Saturn in 8 countries, making several million Euros in
revenue each month.
Planning of roadmap and sprints, creating concepts for new product features, prioritizing the
product backlog, managing releases, and communicating with stakeholders from different
departments and countries
