I had two main projects.

In the AI project:
• I Devised, developed, and implemented AI-based system for automated swine carcass inspection in operating slaughterhouse.
• Led international team of 8, developed and managed communication and project compliance with project partners, subcontractors, and collaborators on site and remotely.
• Presented system at various local governments and large slaughterhouses in Germany, achieving requests for contract estimates/offers.

In the alternative protein project:
• Interfaced with collaborators, sub-contractors, project partners, and student researchers to create a strategic plan for meeting project goals and requirements and coordinated implementation.
• Supported design of and planned and managed fabrication, installation, and testing of prototype 195-L bioreactor optimized for fermentation of mycelia on agricultural side streams. Design of low-cost multipurpose bioreactor
• Organized delivery and requirements of mycelia biomass for food producers and development of food prototypes
• Planned and led multi-day partners meeting
• Coordinated and wrote successful post project grant sketch (2 Mio EUR).
• Networking and business development: Initiated and maintained contact with European universities and companies as project partners and developed collaboration between European research institutes
