Über mich
What I offer is my whole experience as senior manager build in years work in engineering, project management and sales work in the premium automotive tier 1 component and system suppliers.
I combined over the years my technical and managerial experience in projects and with customers with a consequent education as leader, giving focus on interpersonal relationships between people, no matter whether team mates, customers or suppliers. My believe is that enabling and promoting a respectful and open dialogue is the main prerequisite for every successful execution in our work.
I am a maker and execute my assignments with highest expectations to me in regard of quality of results and achievements of the team. At work, there is no "I", but only "we". I strive for excellence and enable and promote the excellence in team, because my work is my passion. This is what I transmit to the team in every situation in project.
My best specialty is structuring and leading acquisition projects, from the first contact with customers, the alignment of the objectives and the execution with a systematic and consequent assignment of tasks and deadlines to every discipline involved. As I have been active part of the creation of business in new organizations, I can define processes where needed or discuss tailoring, depending on the needs of the company. I bring to conclusion every acquisition accompanying the team to the success and completing the negotiations from the synchronization with the customer engineering and purchasing team up to the highest management level of the customer, where needed.
Acquisition projects are negotiations with customers and with internal management and this is what I do and master.
