My clients was a Swiss-founded WealthTech company operating from 8 countries and connects regulated firms with brands looking to embed investment services into their offering.
· Worked closely with the CEO and COO to drive company-wide reorganization, redefine culture, facilitate hyper-growth, and implement processes, overseeing 8 global locations and a dispersed team of 5.
· Developed and executed a global people and culture strategy across 8 locations (EU, APAC, UAE), fostering organizational design, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
· Strategically partnered with business leaders to align people-centric initiatives with the company's growth and transformation goals.
· Successfully selected and onboarded an Employer of Record (EOR) to support international expansion efforts.
· Established a new office in Bosnia, expanding the company's global footprint.
· Introduced an Agency Supplier List and streamlined headcount planning processes.
· Spearheaded the standardization of recruitment procedures across all locations.
· Oversaw the successful implementation of an HR Information System (HRIS).
· Provided invaluable coaching on various people-related topics to regional and global leaders.
