Appeared as a speaker at the Manage Agile Conference and shared my knowledge on scaled agility.

Creation of training videos on the topic of agility.

Moderation and accompaniment of Design Sprints and workshops to promote collaboration and creative product development.

Successful replacement of my own internal position to ensure the long-term guarantee of agility in the company.

- Establishing an agile organizational structure for a department with 200 employees, and initiation as well as execution of a planning event for the entire department.
- Trainer for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Basics, I was able to successfully pass on my knowledge.
- Establishing and supervising of (cross-functional) Scrum teams in the software and hardware area contributed to improving collaboration.
- Active participation in creating an assessment for self-evaluation of the company's agility level to enable adjustments and improvements.
- Writing 25 blog posts on the topic of agility to share my expertise.
