Over 20 years experience in driving improvement, implementing FDA and MDR remediation projects, including transfer of product sites globally. Process expert with a strong capability to transfer knowledge and experience in developing strategies and executing project plans, problem solving techniques including six sigma tools and validations.

My background is polymer engineering, I have worked primarly with various polymer manufacturing processes for over 20 years. I started my third level education in 1992 with a national diploma in polymer engineering in Ireland, and finished in London with a Bachelor's degree in polymer engineering in 2000. During this time I also completed a six month full time practical course in injection molding setting and extrusion. From this practical hands on course I took my first full time position as a technician working in the CD manufacturing device industry. From then on I have combined education and work to give me and any employer the best results. My strengths lie in problem solving complex technical issues and communicating to the wider group of progress while working to tight project plans.
