The initial project phase aimed to coordinate German business requirements with the future, uniform European Business Model (Business Model Alignment). After this preliminary phase, I was the program manager responsible for the German roll-in project. In particular, I was responsible for compliance with and implementation of the project goals, the introductory scope and issue management, the integration between the sub-projects and the German and Spanish customer employees, and the project budget. I developed the cutover and test strategy.

The SAP modules MM, WM, QM, EBP and special master data areas such as design, cleanup and migration of a uniform, worldwide material master were considered.
