o Project management for the refurbishment of 5 launcher tracking antennas (pursuit stations) for the CNES
o Monitoring of the mechanical construction and operations of the Ariane 6 launch pad (ELA4), Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana that is currently under construction
o Overall responsibility for coordination of the answers to RfPs on the European Space Market as well as for the financial, contractual and administrative parts of the proposals.
o Organized the configuration and claims management for multiple projects.
o Collaborated and supported project managers in ongoing and new projects of large antennas, radio telescopes, optical telescopes, MGSE and ground facilities for the European Space Agency (ESA) and international clients
o Coordinated the prompt execution of important control functions while updating and monitoring of project schedules and cost plans, acting as a liaison between internal departments and preparing extensive reports
o Administered project and data management in corresponding data evaluations for resource planning, continuously calculating employee efforts and creating deviation reports
