• Accomplished 3 projects for the implementation of innovations in payment services in the full process, from the concept development phase to commercial client implementations.
• Inspired, persuaded and managed the launch of the “PolCard Go” (SoftPOS, Payment Application for Android Devices both smartphones and tablets that will account for 30% of the traditional terminal market by 2025).
• Created the concept and executed the solution delivery of the ”PolCard Pay” (the 1st in the Polish market electronic-Identity & Payments Wallet).
• Recommended and administered the project of implementation of the “electronic Transfers 2.0” (Open-Banking Payments) that will lead to ca. 30% OPEX cost savings.
