For the last 7+ years, I have collaborated with some startups for the development of ambitious products in the context of Computer Vision, Deep Reinforcement Learning, and more generally Artificial Intelligence (AI). I’ve contributed from prototyping to delivery, in a very changing environment. Also, I have helped the decision-making in terms of technology selection, where some of they might be appealing but a proper risk assessment and experimentation is required before integration in the company.

During my PhD, I have worked on several R&D projects and international competitions in the context of deep and reinforcement learning for aerial robotics. These projects have provided me a strong background in Python and C/C++, as well as in related machine learning project management for machine learning. I've implemented several types of DRL algorithms, like Deep Deterministic Policy Gradients (DDPG), or Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO). I know the inner details and challenges to face in order to adapt the algorithms to new domains.

In 2019, I had the opportunity to stay as a research assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and in 2019-2020, I was designated as Team Leader in a 1-year project, for the participation in the renowned Mohamed Bin Zayed International Robotics Challenge (MBZIRC), in which our team ended up in the 3rd position for the Grand Challenge.
