Leading the operational SAP Introduction in Pharma, responsible for the Implementation and Operation of the Material Master Management with special focus on the regional harmonization and the SAP R3/4 Concepts. Über mich
The two foundations of my pharma experience are SAP rollout and implementation, mainly as Head of Master Data Operations with active participation in design and implementation of the customized master data modules and its linkage to Quality-, Planning and Logistic-modules, responsibility of implementing a multinational SPoC environment (Single Point of Contact’s in the Country Pharma Organizations) as well as the execution of global training of the master data module and the SAP concepts.
The second expertise is the responsibility to implement and drive an end-to-end organization as Brand Business Planer and Brand Life Cycle manager (combined role) and later as Global Brand Lead in Pharma Supply Chain for Tropical Medicines, Infectious Diseases, Women’s Health and Cardiovascular. This involves the oversight and alignment of internal and third-party manufacturers of drug substance and finished materials, maintenance of stakeholder management in the relations to development and marketing as well as top Pharma management.
As an individual I am open minded, reliable, precise and a team player but also able to work independently. I am familiar with working in high-pressure environments and efficient in time management to ensure objectives are appropriately prioritized and achieved. I am fluent in German (mother tongue), English (both written and spoken) and French (communication).
A part of my profile was selecting divestment- and pruning candidates and preparing divestment business cases for partial and full of brands in close collaboration with the BD&L team of the company.
