Currently, I am working as a Sr. Program Manager (Freelance Consultant), for Media House for their OTT platform under development. This role has allowed me to contribute my expertise in overseeing the successful implementation of the project.
Prior to my freelance work, I served as the VP Technology (and Product) at at startup in Gurugram, India. In this position, I worked with establishing and growing a new business unit that focused on software consulting in the video streaming and conferencing sectors. I successfully managed the unit's profit and loss, built and led teams, provided strategic consulting, and ensured high-quality
project deliveries.
My experience in Product Management extends to my work with startups, where I have been involved in the entire product lifecycle, from the conceptualization phase to launch and scale-up. These products have reached millions of users and generated substantial revenue through B2B and B2B2C integrations.
Throughout the process, I prioritized seamless user experiences, employing techniques such as wireframing, A/B testing, and incorporating user feedback to optimize user journeys.
