Coaching the project management team and sub-project managers as part of the e-PV next project while merging and replacing the DANTE and MedDB applications. Shifting the project to an agile project structure and optimizing the organizational structure to a working method where the project is advanced across teams and stages in short, time-limited cycles. Setting up tools and events as well as defining the roles of Scrum Masters and the Product Owners based on the scrum framework and helping individuals with internalization of agile values and working methods. Training of two internal junior Agile Coaches with the aim of ensuring the sustainable implementation of the transformation and ensuring the project's success.

Coordination of four project streams within the banking solution from
Pegasystems with a total of 19 applications on the platform, taking into
account agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as Prince2
agile. Structural setup of the program leading into two value chains
(lending and customer accounts cards) of the bank. Organization and
execution of workshops on agile work organization as well as team and
individual coachings of stakeholders on the bank side, product owners
as well as business analysts and lead solution architects. Coordinating
the development work of two offshore suppliers, as well as supporting
the Scrum Masters in optimizing velocity and eliminating impediments.
Trainings of the dev team on self-organization and the Scrum
Framework.

Customizing and rolling out new org structure based on a scaled agile
framework originally invented by Apple Inc. Breaking down the strategy
"Act Powerful and Agile" into operational steps, mainly re-inventing the
leadership style, simplifying organization & tailoring operating models,
co-creating one single global team consisting of virtual teams in
Germany, Italy, UK, US and China. Accompanying the agile change
management process of the organization and teams.

The tools and methods used relate primarily to agile methods such as
Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking. Methods and tools of agile

general are also used. As an agile coach, I am also facilitator with
orientation based on agile values and principles.
