As a key functional contributor, helped several industrial companies and public organizations to successfully achieve a digital transformation regarding their end-to-end processes using SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning system(S/4HANA) in projects with up to 20 M. Euro turnover.

Analyzed digitalization and automation gaps in processes, particularly in the business areas of sourcing and procurement, supply chain management, sales, but also finance and controlling. Designed, realized and implemented software-supported process improvements as well as reporting dashboards and developed organizational structures. Prepared results with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and modeled processes with BPMN.

Analyzed and solved problem areas and digitization gaps in the business units sales, materials management, warehouse management and foreign trade of clients as second level support (SAP ECC 6.08 & EWM), among them a leading food retailer in Europe.
Coordinated small projects, partly in English, with a volume between 10 and 75 K Euro and provided the project planning in each case. Prepared reports, trends and analyses on completion values and milestones for project controlling using PowerPoint and Excel.
