Created, as Program Manager Digital, the Digital Target Picture and Digital KPI framework for the Allianz Group
Backed by the Group COO, rolled out 37 local entities within a period of 14 month
The Digital framework became part of the strategic planning processes as well as the CEO targets of selected Allianz entities.
The Allianz Group excelled their digital capabilities by more than 25% in just a 2 years period by focusing management attention on the key drivers of digitalization.
