• Headed web application project to overhaul corporate intranet, taking over struggling project. Adjusted stakeholder expectations, reordered workflows, and redirected team to successfully deploy intranet solution. Rebuilt organization’s confidence in delivery team throughout the process by improving project governance, increasing productivity, and strengthening stakeholder relations.
• Orchestrated Agile transformation of limited scope IT service quality program, building new comprehensive IT service quality governance program and implementing 3 new supporting products to facilitate data processing, user feedback, and usage data collection. Overcame resistance to change at all levels throughout the process.
• Directed transition of payroll and timekeeping functions to Workday service, developing and implementing tooling to achieve objectives. Introduced true Agile mentality to team to streamline transition process. Arranged pilot project in New Zealand to test and prove concept, then used program as template for global implementation.

Managed portfolio of data privacy governance projects involved in Kyndryl’s spinoff from IBM, working at top level of corporate policy making and reporting directly to Chief Privacy Officer. Direct project execution and solution implementation and monitor continued solution operations, overseeing regional project teams. Coordinate resources across organization, including IT, legal, risk management, and operations; direct cross-functional staff of 20+ managers and team leads.
Major achievements include:
• Drove creation of new governance system to ensure regulatory compliance with laws and agreements, establishing tool that collected and stored necessary evidence for privacy audits and implementing at account level for 2,000+ accounts, encompassing all Kyndryl customers within the EU. Developed solution in compliance with GDPR and CCPA, as well as country-specific requirements.
o Increased verifiable privacy compliance rate from initial 60% to 94% following system implementation.
• Resolved other GDPR compliance challenges across organization, coordinating cross-functional teams to establish compliance assessments and evidence management tools and provide consultancy services for deployment and remediation.
