Working closely with the board members to get the company ready for significant growth in view of its next funding round. Setting up a flexible team-based structure and communication framework, which helped the organization to scale from 50 employees to more than 100 within 12 months.
Automotive, Stuttgart
Assessment and initial setup of a global CRM development project. Introducing the concepts of agility and customer-centricity with a focus on requirement management.
Insurance, Coburg
Establishing an agile office and leading a team of agile coaches. Guiding the rollout of the company's first scaled agile mobile app project. Introducing agile program management and the concept of end-to-end responsibility.
