Founded in 2018, Telekonnekt is a healthcare scale-up with currently annually EUR ~15 m revenue and EUR ~3 m EBITDA. The company is on a trajectory to 3x customer base & EBITDA over the next years. In Sep 2022, I was brought into the company as CFO with the aim to setting up a scalable and robust finance function (currently ~5 FTE) that can accompany & support on that growth path. In that capacity, I am responsible for all controlling, accounting, tax, treasury and business intelligence topics.

• Streamline financial processes by adopting technology and automating previously manual processes
• Build a high-performance finance team by fostering a culture of high-quality, collaboration & improvement
• Drive business growth and profitability by designing and implementing an effective controlling system
• Improve liquidity headroom by developing and pursuing internal & external financing strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations by setting up appropriate control systems

In Jul 2017, I joined a team of seasoned restructuring experts on an internal project focussing on professionalizing & transforming RB’s internal finance function. The project’s work streams ranged from improving liquidity & working capital, to strengthening the accounting practices, driving profitability and strengthening of internal controls.

Key responsibilities
• Drive & consolidate RB Group’s global liquidity forecast and provide weekly reportings & insights towards CFO and Group MDs
• Manage & push RB Group’s global working capital program in ongoing discussions with country MD’s and international colleagues
• Set-up & drive RB Group’s FX management program with recurring EBIT contribution of EUR >0.5 m at reduced risk
• Drive various digitalization initiatives
