I'm D., co-founder of Studio Flaer, a Berlin-based design agency for digital and strategic design. I work as Solo-Designer in project teams or with support of my small team at Studio Flaer.

Alongside the UCD approach, my core competencies are divided between hands-on project work in agile cycles and the development of holistic UX strategies and their documentation.

User research and testing are part of my fundamental skills.

When planning roadmaps and tasks, motivating and fostering strength in individuals and teams is my passion.
