I'm your external Project Manager for buy-side and sell-side M&A projects in Germany and abroad with focus on managing stakeholders from subsidiary level to the C-suite and central corporate functions.
I cover the whole M&A process from first contact with the selling entity to closing, including comprehensive internal approval processes, financial analysis and valuation, due diligence management and hands-on negotiations where most value is at stake.
Every touchpoint with the opposing party is an opportunity to lose or gain value and subtleties matter!
POST-MERGER INTEGRATION:
I also help you integrate your acquired companies seamlessly and based on the individual situation at hand (no cookie-cutter approach).
VALUE CREATION and EXIT READINESS:
I help you to improve the performance of your organisation or prepare your company for sale by identifying weaknesses and proposing/managing changes that could have a negative impact on your exit price and terms during a sale process; these are typically long-term projects - depending on the respective area of improvement, I either propose changes, manage the respective project with support from your organisation, or work together with other external experts that may be required for certain functional areas.
