Über mich

I am a passionate researcher & strategist with 12+ years of experience in the B2B & B2C business. The industries I have been working in, range from the business consultancy BCG Digital Ventures and innovation agencies to the heating manufacturer Viessmann. My work focuses on user research to derive business strategies and opportunities for new products or features. Combining therefore qualitative insights with quantitative validation and integrate these insights into overarching product roadmaps is key to get stakeholder buy-in.
I also have worked along Product teams to test and measure the user-product-match along the product development cycle from concept validation to live products.
All these different aspects of my work, i repeatedly used to bring Customer Experience Programs to life, which enable companies to track the performance of all their touchpoints along the different users and stages in the journey, through suitable KPIs.
On top of this, I coach teams internally & externally as a freelance trainer on how to apply Design-Thinking or other user-centred product development methods in short or long-term formats.
