organisational structure by building a Community of
Practice from ground up and advice management on
how to transport existing positive team dynamics into
this new approach.
● Setup a Kubernetes cluster template for Azure, using
infrastructure as code (helm charts, Terraform) and
GitOps (ArgoCD) to replace existing, manually
managed, on-premise resources.
● Migrate approx. 100 existing production services over
to new cluster setup piece by piece with zero
downtime.

CI/CD pipeline system based on highly customised
Jenkins instances and AWS to manage build, test
and deploy approx. 100 applications (internal and
client-facing).
● Designed and implemented an internal application
to track employees benefits, perks and allowances
by collecting data from 13 other applications and
SAP services, based on Angular, JAVA and
Springboot.
● Designed and implemented a Chatbot to provide
an easy interface to build complex reports and
KPIs by gathering and combining data of several
company-internal services, based on Dialog Flow
(later Azure Bot Service).
