- Standardize and automate a production system to manually classify news content by developing an automated workflow utilizing the AI capabilities of the Google Cloud Natural Language API (Jan 20-March 21)
- Develop and implement a tech strategy aligned with business demands to transform a LAMP-stack based semi-automated workflow system into a highly automated Google Cloud-based solution resulting in massive reduction of manual operation costs (Jan 19-Dec 20)
- Stabilizing and modernizing an outdated and hard to maintain legacy tech stack by upskilling the existing team, extending it with experienced engineers and by carefully prioritizing stabilization versus re-implementation (Feb 17-Aug 18)
