• Administration of the entire Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service
Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.): over 1600 active users and
hundreds of projects;
• Evaluation and installation of plugins to extend JIRA
capabilities; Customization of XRAY plug-in for over 70 IT
projects that involved testing both in SAP and Web/Mobile
areas; User training for the purpose of explain how to use
XRAY specific Issue Types and related functionality; Test
Coverage; Defect Mapping; Test Plan Lists; Test Run Lists;
Customization of Test Coverage Reports; Test Plat Metrics;
XRAY reports; Dashboards and Document Generator.
• Consulting and training both colleagues and customer with
regard to Atlassian project. Adjusting current project
templates, workflows, notification and permission schemes
to specific requirements;
• Automation with standard Jira functionality, ScriptRunner,
ForgeUI.
• Creating corporate policies and other regulations that guide
employees on tracking their work time, using Atlassian tools
for project management, obtaining information from
corporate wiki (based on Confluence)
