• led all UX initiatives for an analytics tool rolled out to hundreds of fashion brands
• teamed up with other designers to bring a collaborative and human-centered approach to a variety of ideation and interaction design challenges
• conducted value proposition design and validation activities within Zalando’s first B2B product discovery team
• collaborated closely with product management to frame problems, define goals, plan and prioritize product development efforts
• performed explorative user research studies by scoping, planning and conducting user interviews and contextual inquiry
• synthesized research findings and communicated insights through the creation of personas, user journeys, empathy maps and service blueprints
• crafted effective interaction design solutions by building and testing static and interactive prototypes at different levels of fidelity
• brought design thinking to a cross-disciplinary team by facilitating workshops and introducing them to the purpose and practice of UX Design
