• Reorganized the production personnel deployment regarding working time models and assigned employees through an internal tendering and application process placed the “new” employees and prepared a training plan for the new functions from shift manager to production employee as part of the reorganization of shifts (from one shift manager per qualification area to one shift manager per shift)
• Thoughtfully reorganized the Repro and Customer Service departments through the implementation of a comprehensive staff reduction of 10 per cent (retirement, layoffs, transfers)
• Selected an outsourcing partner for the payroll and outsourced the Payroll to SAGE professional services
• Performed preparatory work and implemented the annual financial statements from an HR perspective, incl. provisions
