Developing part of the Meteosat Third Generation (MTG) ground segment tools , in collaboration with Thales Alenia Space, France. The project I'm leading is a hybrid C++ Java project, running in a distributed environment, handling the aggregation, formatting and dissemination of data received from all the MTG satellites. The product also features an MMI /UI, developed with Eclipse RCP, which the operators can use to manage and oversee the digested data.
