Hired to lead a new project from scratch, develop business objectives, hire a product-development team and lead the development of a quick commerce enabling b2b platform-as-a-service.

Main aspects of the project are:

Developing a webshop based on Shopify with a headless cms

Integrating a warehouse management system for a self-run warehouse and fulfillment center

Developing a partnership model, based on which a b2b platform is being developed to allow quick commerce companies to rent inner city storage space and fulfill their order through our storage partners
