 Conducted several project meetings with the client and project team to understand the requirements and standard of the project for the smooth execution with detail BOQ as per the speciation to ensure no loss at the production team and installation team.
 Supported the procurement team and accounts team with detailed material usage and material planning of the project for up-to-date audit of the material inventory and stock with providing material details to generate invoicing of the project in time so as to avoid any losses and complete the project in time
 Created lean installation procedure and documentation submission process for the projects to help in easy installation process of the structure to avoid any delay in the processes also conducted tool box talk which further benefited the company by saving a minimum 6% of the manpower cost against the estimated cost.
 Improvised the installation technique of the company and business process by providing project reports for installation of steel structure by maintaining the key performance and by performing the root cause analysis of the issue on the delivery /installation when the set target is not achieved by using various tools such as Bar graph, fish bone diagram Etc.
