Über mich
• Detailed Diagnostics of ALL Sensors and Actuators:
Inventor – Single Inventor, M.,
Owner – Robert Bosch Germany.
The Patent is a combination of HW+SW+System Methodology.
I designed, coded, self-reviewed, tested and Calibrated (tested on Closed Loop Lab Car and on Real Vehicle - along with US and German Counterpart). It is completely a new -HighEnd-Detailed Diagnostic approach on diagnostics for Sensors and Actuators. After the inclusion of this design, the system became ROBUST and so Return of Parts were reduced. Its not simply a design—it a change in the METHODOLOGY over what BOSCH was doing until 2009. So it was also taken into CommonRailDieselInjection(CRDI) Systems in BOSCH.
The no: [...], date of filing: 07/06/2010. The designs were implemented in GM-PCLD (Silverado and Hummer for 2010) Vehicles, and it is on road from May 2010.
Automotive System Achievements:
1. HeadUpDisplay: Designed the 0-0 Perfect Rectangle picture on Windshield for HeadUpDisplays for NipponSeiki – For BMW HeadupDisplays. I did not transfer the Knowledge to any other OEM divisions like AUDI or Daimler or VW or etc., So it remains that BMW HUDs are the ONE&ONLY perfect picture in the market till on Date. It takes up knowledge of ALL Distortions + Data Mining + Calibration techniques.
2. HeadUpDisplays : The Production Line Design for BMW HeadUpDisplays – to make it efficient, reduce Calibration and Writing timings enhanced the Yield. Since time was reduced – the direct impact was on the decrease in Cost of production.
3. HeadUpDisplays: How the HeadUpDisplay shall run if any of component has completely failed – in this case LimitSwitch. The algorithm protected NipponSeiki HUDs in Not returning when the LimitSwitch failed in the field. Approximately 800 HUDs which has to be replaced was not replaced -the lot which had the Sporadic Limit Switch issue from the Sub-Supplier (Dust issue) because of the Diagnostic & Dynamic Design made by me. Later this was taken for Daimler, AUDI, VW, Bentley, etc., For all the HUDs of NipponSeiki.
4. HeadUpDisplays : The Complete Design and implementation of HUD from QM to ASIL B for BMW HUDs. Later the reports and methodology how to change QM HUDs to ASIL B from me was used for other OEM teams.
5. ADAS: I am the one who guided Magna team for BMW ADAS “How to do Detail Diagnostics” for various HW parts to the Diagnostics team. (Basically, my DD PATENT methodology with alterations).
6. ADAS: I am the one who changed the design of NeuralNetworks of the SOC (V3H Renesas).
7. ADAS: Introduce and Guided the Cheaper way to Flash – and how to overcome Cybersecurity blockage of Calibrations in Production Line. First ever time for BMW – on Cybersecuirty handling over Calibration in the Tier1 production and EOL.
Medical Electronics Achievement:
1. Non Contact Tonometer: Redesigned the entire SW Architecture and little of HW, mechanical and optical, Reverse Engineered some of the latest equipment’s, components, machines ( Tonometers ) to finish the R&D task for an Indian Tonometer in the year 2006. And was given the pride of introducing/inaugurating the Equipment in DELHI PUBLIC Hospital – one of the biggest in India.
Work Cultures:
German, Indian, Japanese, UK, USA, Korea, Vietnamese.
