* Helping management understand that they can not change people but only the organizational design can create conditions in which people will change their behaviors; (My relevant article: -Hyperlink entfernt-)
* Helping management understand that the effectiveness of risk management (including risks types.) is the major driver of organizational design for product companies;
* Helping management identify the critical risks in the way towards the strategic business goals of the organization;

* Helping management make an informed decision about their own Optimization Goals as the critical organizational characteristics necessary to effectively address the critical risks;
