Acting as Focal Point in IT for all ERP Application Projects accross the globe. Defining 3 Years Business Applications Project Roadmap with Applications director and CIO. Managing skills and filling skill gaps accross the BuzApps Team. Built a new in-house Oracle ERP Team consisting of 6 ERP Implementation Analysts and Developers. Managed transition from external services teams to in-house team. Implemented a Project Management Framework for a 25 resources BuzApps Management Team. On-boarded acquired companies and rolled out key business applications to the new users. Managed switch from Oracle Product Support to 3rd party support vendor – achieved a 50% maintenance cost reduction annually. Assessed iPaaS market in order to find a replacement for the Oracle SOA Suite (on-premise oracle fusion middleware). Implemented Dell Boomi’s Atomsphere cloud platform (Leader in Gartner‘s iPaaS Magic Quadrant). Manage software, services and training vendors Supported software vendor license audits. Main contact in IT for Finance and IT audits with E&Y or one of the others from the „big four“ Managed to achieve ISO27001 certification. Worked with legal team to become DSVGO / GDPR compliant.
