o Diagnose and quickly fix problems and production issues by prioritizing and appropriately escalating to Level 2\3 Support or external service providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, IPC, etc)
o Investigate and escalate any pricing problems reported by traders.
o Take responsibility for individual projects.
o Ensure high availability of e-trading and all other trading systems.
o Install and test new releases of applications before they get used by traders.
o Sharing support knowledge within the team and with other teams by rigorous documentation.
o Perform weekend testing after major releases and updates to ensure systems availability.
