Working as an software engineer for the installation and commissioning of Gantry system, cross portal and washing
machine for automobile industry including power train, body in white workshop.
Mainly focus on the following work:
I/O check of electrics, pneumatic and or hydraulics incl. respective corrections, commissioning of Profinet system, commissioning of emergency circuit, commissioning of single functions either motorized, or pneumatic and hydraulic
driven, checking and commissioning of drives as well as friction run, calibration of encoders and sensors, functional
test of automatic functions.
Programming of S7-1500 PLC system and S120 drive system By Software TIA and Starter.
Robotics application including interface definition , hardware configuration, position teaching ,
basic programming and trouble shooting,

Working as an PLC and NC software commissioning engineer on site responsible for commissioning and startup of the
Gantry control system used for automatic loading/unloading machined parts in Power train workshop of Automotive
industry. The Gantry control system is based on Siemens 840D NC system ,S7 PLC system and also Sinamics 120 for
driving the Axes,
Daily work for FLT.
1: PLC and NC programming ,Parameter fine tuning for Servo system and HMI programming based on Wincc flexible software.
2: Installation and Commissioning of CNC control system and communication with customer IT system like
data structure and data process. (RFID, server)
3: Provide maintenance, operating and basic programming training to customer

During the working time in this company, I was mainly responsible for commissioning and trouble shooting of electrical
control system. The automation system is motion and torque control system based on Siemens S7-400 and use Beckhoff
industrial PC as the HMI at the same time use high class servo system like Masterdrive or Sinamics 120 for driving the
winder, unwind and the positioning system, the speed and torque set point of drives get from S7-400 by Profibus
communication loop. For keeping the tension constant this machine also use Symadyn-D or FM458 for the calculation of dynamic diameter and length of running materials due to high speed.
I also participated in the work for machine localization. This work was mainly including select of electrical parts,
warehouse management and the software programming, at last finish the machine startup.

Be familiar with the Wincc flexible ,TIA Wincc software and HMI_PRO_CS for HMI Programming. Proficient in assembly
and C programming languages.
