- We built an app that enables people with a rheumatological diagnosis to master the course of their disease AND that is of great value for the company and our stakeholders

I led a Product Team of up to 18 that strove to improve the creation of disposition plans in freight carrier companies
- We taught the circumstances, rules and restrictions of the
Transport Business to an allocation engine
- We broke the complex process down into an intuitive, simple UX /
UI that allowed dispatchers to easily execute the suggested routes and to manipulate the target function of the allocation engine to fit their needs
- Together with our Pilot Parnters, we proved that our product could increase margins in carrier companies from ~ 2% to up to 12%

- I led the Product Team that successfully concepted and introduced a new Product Information Management (PIM) Tool for the online shops operated by windeln.de
- Our PIM was the single source of truth for all product related data (languages, purchasing, pricing, logistics and assets) for 5 shops in 4 countries
