- Acted as scrum master and facilitator for a new portfolio management team with 25+ team members
- Facilitating team kickoff, regular team events and workshops

- Setup and continuous improvement of the team kanban process

- Engaged with tribe leads and other program roles to support the delivery of program goals by optimizing scaled agile processes (eg. PI planning), resolving impediments and managing risks
- Trained and enabled program members to leverage Jira and Confluence capabilities (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, program management, testers)
- Provided program-wide transparency via Jira based metrics and automated dashboards (Jira structure and eazyBI)
