• As a Manager, Process Engineering, the main responsibilities include: Initiation, planning, execution and closing of the Project from dispensing of Raw material to packaging of the finished product.
• Ensuring scrum methodology is being followed in project execution and conducting scrum ceremonies to achieve desired project increments
• To create User requirement specifications, define and discuss the new processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• To troubleshoot technical issues, drive the root cause and look for potential opportunities and fill in the critical gaps to improve existing manufacturing processes with better technical solutions.
• To monitor ongoing processes in order to identify avenues for continuous development, energy and cost saving (solvent recovery improvement and yield improvement).
