in the country history regarding BP Turkey Retail divestment to merge two big oil retailers with 800
and 1900 retail stations respectively
Ø Coordinated the transition of 150+ applications/systems and data migration into the Buyer systems and data centre
Ø Planned TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) to provide services for SAP and other key IT systems to the Buyer for agreed transition period
Ø Lead cutover and Day 1 plan for smooth transition after the Buyer full takeover
Ø Was single point of contact to manage relationships between BP Global and the Buyer teams during the transition phase
